Description of facilities

Well equipped, bright and airy, well maintained and sympathetically furnished with care and attention to make the villa comfortable. It is fully double glazed, with thermostatic electric oil wall radiators, so it is warm and comfortable in winter. There are 2 steps up to the front security door and 4 steps down to the swimming pool; otherwise it is suitable for the elderly or disabled.

There is a private salt-water kidney-shaped pool (approx. 8x5m), with Roman steps surrounded by a tiled patio area & outside tiled shower. The pool is maintained twice weekly in the peak period and weekly at other times. There are 6 fully adjustable sun loungers.

The paved BBQ area is adjacent to the pool patio, has a built in BBQ and a stone round table with matching benches, seating 6, ideal for you to eat “al fresco”. The villa and pool are both South facing, so that the sun shines all day on the pool and patio until late evening.

The garage houses the washing machine & portable BBQ. The garden has a lemon and almond tree, bushes & shrubs in a typical Spanish setting with a wall surrounding the property with secure gates. Children can play safely in various areas of the gardens. A gardener comes once or twice a month to maintain the gardens. There is parking for 6/7 cars. Outside lights complete the ambience.

Although the villa is suitable for children we do not allow any pets. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa but there are several ashtrays for use outside.

The hallway leads into the lounge which is spacious and comfortable, with seating for 6. The fireplace is the focal point. Two upholstered settees, bookcase, small tables and a coffee table complete the furnishing. A  Satellite television with VCR, DVD Players and a CD/Tape/Radio system provide the entertainment. There are also some DVDs, including some for children and a variety of CDs and videos.

The dining area is between the Lounge and Kitchen and has a six place table (extending to 10 places) and 8 chairs. Tastefully decorated with matching curtains to doors and windows. There are also some books, maps, boules, board games, other games & cards held, which are available for guests' use. The dining area leads onto the covered terrace (naya), ideal for eating “al fresco” and enjoying the views or relaxing under, with an octagonal table for 8 & matching chairs overlooking the swimming pool.

Spacious & modern, kitchen with granite tops, comprises all the items one needs to prepare a simple English breakfast or full gourmet meal if required. The integrated electric cooker has an oven and a grill unit with a ceramic touch hob. The essential items of a large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, blender, iron, sandwich maker and the usual pots and pans make up the inventory that completes the kitchen.
