Price per week for
2012 includes electricity and water:-

February, £343. Low 25 February-30 March, £392. Spring 31 March-27 April, £455. 28 April-25 May and 29 September-26 October,
£506. High 26 May-13 July and 1 September-28 September £651. Peak 14 July-31 Aug £861.
Only a minimum of two weeks bookings are normally accepted during July and August. Bookings are
usually weekly from Saturdays, arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am,although this can be flexible outside of July and
August. A 25% deposit is required
with your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences. There is also a £200 (250€) damage/breakage
deposit payable with the balance which is refundable after the end of the holiday. Bed linen and towels are supplied, including a kitchen towel and
tea towel.
The villa is cleaned prior to and at the end of your holiday.
A car is advisable and we can direct you to excellent hire companies who, we have found, are the
cheapest. There is also a coach direct to Calpe from Alicante airport and a train from Alicante.
